WHEN CAN I START THE CHALLENGE?  Once you sign up, you will have access to the Yoga Challenge.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY "YOGA SESSION" VIDEOS?  For 21 days, you will receive a daily email from Ranada Fitness - letting you know your brand new 10-20 minute "yoga session" video is ready for viewing.  Also, a link to click on to sign into your Ranada Fitness account to access your brand new yoga video.   

WHEN WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY FIRST "YOGA SESSION" VIDEO?  You will have access right away.  Once you've signed up for the Challenge you will receive an email letting you know your first Yoga video is ready viewing and a link to access your video.  

IS THIS CHALLENGE FOR ME IF I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE?  Yes!  The 21-Days of Yoga Challenge is appropriate for beginners through more advanced levels, as I give a lot of instruction and guidance throughout the video.


I AM SO BUSY! HOW LONG IS EACH VIDEO?  Each pre-recorded video is 10-20 minutes in length, making it easy to fit yoga into any busy schedule.

DO I GET TO KEEP THE VIDEOS?  Yes!  Once you join the 21-Days of Yoga Challenge, you may continue to access the videos through RanadaFitness.com

IS THERE A WAY TO REACH YOU IF I HAVE QUESTIONS DURING THE CHALLENGE?  Absolutely.  I want you to be successful in the Challenge and can be reached via email for questions at: [email protected].  I will respond to you within 24 hours.

WHAT IF I MISS A DAY DURING THE CHALLENGE?  No problem!  We're all more successful when we build exercise into the routines of our everyday, but sometimes life begs something different of us and we miss a day.  This Challenge is for YOU, so just pick yourself back up the next day.

Or you can double up on your yoga sessions.  For example, you can complete the yoga session you missed the following day, right before or after you complete the next scheduled yoga session.


WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND I DO TO PREPARE FOR THE CHALLENGE?  Grab your yoga mat, water and most comfortable exercise gear so you're ready to jump in on day 1!
